Greetings! A Winter's Willow is an arrangement of a Baritone Solo written by Ralph Vaughn Williams. I first fell in love with the piece when I taught it as a small ensemble piece in Texas, I then looked up the orignal and it was love at first listen. The song A Winter's Willow is about a young man who falls in love with a maiden that he sees beneath a willow in winter. It is a sweet and hopeful song and I wanted my arrangement to capture that same emotion.
