While some in Southern Arizona may consider the summer sun torturous, inhabitants of other far away civilizations such as Seattle or Great Britain really know how to appreciate a warm, sunny, July afternoon--so much so that they even developed rituals, such as going outside to play. You may notice the title of this piece, Brightly as the Summer Sun, is missing a verb. That is for you to fill in.
