About this Piece Stephen Mitton
Heroes! is a fun, programmatic piece that follows the development and challenges
of an Avenger-like hero. It is challenging both in technique and musicality, and students and audience members alike will instantly be captivated by its "hero" motive as well as its fast-paced and energetic pace. The solo part lends itself beautifully to a developing player who is ready for an additional challenge.
